METHOD FOR TREATING TUBERCULOUS PLEURAL EMPYEMA ASSOCIATED WITH SECONDARY NON-SPECIFIC MICROFLORA

The method for treating the tuberculous pleural empyema associated with the secondary non-specific microflora provides for the use of the intensive antimycobacterial therapy. For sanitization of pleura 0.05% solution of chlorohexidine bigluconate is administered into the pleural cavity in the volume of 100 ml for 7-10 days 5-7 minutes later the content is removed by suction and the solution of antimycobacterial drugs and antibiotics of broad spectrum is administered.
