The Vorontsov device for physical therapy medical treatment by the local contact influencing by negative potential of high values contains the high-voltage direct current source of negative polarity. A needle-shaped electrode is connected to the source by the high-voltage flexible isolated unfastened wire. A needle-shaped electrode contains one or N needles. It is made as a cap with a dielectric frame, in which a needle-shaped electrode is placed in the isolated screen, conductive current. Into the dielectric frame of cap the electric or mechanical switch connected consistently with a needle-shaped electrode and high-voltage flexible isolated unfastened wire is placed. A high-voltage current source of negative polarity additionally has toggle and jack, which are connected with its positive pole. Thus the free end of toggle is connected to the contact of mains grounding plug. In the dielectric frame of cap the parallel connected resistor and switch are entered, which are connected consistently with a present electric or mechanical switch and high-voltage isolated unfastened wire.
