A wave power plant has wave-receiving body as pontoon connected to telescopic beam with hinge, its middle part has stratiform element installed to spherical support-ring attached to the housing of the plant, cone-like element attached to the lower beam and arranged as ribbed cone with rim, in its lower part in cups in free way and with possibility of turn steel balls are installed, those act as bearing, horizontal partition, this is arranged as a circle under bottom of which rod is attached, and its end is installed to guide cylinder with spring for turn of partition, beams and pontoon to initial vertical condition, and under bottom of partition there is rack that is engaged with toothed wheel of mechanism of rotation of output shaft and attached directly to the rod.
