PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation sheet that prevents fall of a content such as a seed and has anti-blocking property even when being stored for a long time in a roll-shape, and to provide a water-soluble multilayer film suitable for producing the vegetation sheet.SOLUTION: In the water-soluble multilayer film, the multilayer film comprises two layers with a layer 1 and a layer 2. The layer 1 completely dissolves in 90 seconds or longer that is the time (water soluble time) measured when the layer 1 is subjected to a water-soluble test A, while the layer 2 dissolves in less than 90 seconds.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
