PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure that can prevent water on a top plate from leaking in a cabinet or a wall surface and causing expansion or the like due to dirt and water absorption.SOLUTION: A top plate structure 14 of a sink has a laminate of a top plate 3 and a backing part 5 provided in the upper part of a cabinet, a back guard 4 provided in the rear end of the top plate 3, and a frame 7 mounted in the back of the back guard 4. The frame 7 has a back plate 8 having an upper rear part 8a fixed by a double-sided tape 10a at the back of the back guard 4 and a lower rear part 8b fixed by a double-sided tape 10b in the back of the top plate 3 and the backing part 5. Furthermore, a gap is formed between the top plate 3 and the back guard 4 by a projection 9 fitted between the top plate 3 and the back guard 4 from the back plate 8. A sealing material 12 is filled in the front of the projection 9 in the gap to seal it liquid-tightly, and the top plate 3 and the back guard 4 are fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
