摘要 The present invention relates to an artificial graft material for regenerating the bone, which can continuously discharge drugs by loading the drugs on a surface-aminized mesoporous bioactive glass nanosphere, for effectively delivering a biomolecule such as the drugs or genes. In addition, the present invention relates to a fibrous scaffold comprising a mesoporous bioactive glass nanosphere, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The fibrous scaffold comprising the surface-aminized mesoporous bioactive glass nanosphere of the present invention provides effects in continuously discharging and safely loading the biomolecule.
