As an LED lamp driving circuit compatible with both a magnetic ballast and an electronic ballast, an LED lamp driving circuit is operated in a state without a configuration of the proposed circuit since being operated by high impedance with respect to the magnetic ballast, and is effectively operated with respect to the electronic ballast, in which a high-efficiency compatible type LED lamp has a circuit configured to enable the electronic ballast to recognize even an LED lamp using low power as a normal load. Accordingly, the present invention is mounted in a lamp apparatus regardless of type of the ballast therein.
