The present invention provides a device for measuring the temperature of molten steel and a method for drawing out molten steel using the same, which are to accurately determine a molten steel drawing time based on an actual temperature of molten steel to confirm a melted state of scrap when the molten steel is drawn out from an electric furnace. According to an aspect of the present invention, the device for measuring the temperature of the molten steel includes: a lance unit wherein an end unit is extended to the upper part of the molten metal; a temperature measuring unit installed on one side of the lance unit and measuring the temperature of the molten metal; and a slag removing unit removing slag floating on the upper part of the molten metal around a temperature measuring point of the temperature measuring unit. |
