摘要 The present invention relates to a hot wire having oxidation corrosion protection and insulation functions and, more specifically, to a hot wire having oxidation corrosion protection and insulation functions capable of generating a heat source of high temperature with low power (DC power) of low current in a short time by securing durability, strength (tension force), and insulation and minimizing the thickness of a hot wire, discharging the heat source generated in the hot wire to the outside, and preventing an oxidation corrosion phenomenon by preventing the contact with atmospheric oxygen with the repetition of heating and cooling actions for a long time. Therefore, the hot wire can be semi-permanently used since service life is expended. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the hot wire having the oxidation corrosion protection and insulation functions comprising: several alloy hot wires (11) to generate a heat through current; a hot wire (10) wherein several fiber threads (12) which are manufactured with one selected between heat-resisting glass fiber and high heat-resisting ceramic fiber are wired as a fiber shape; a first coating layer (20) wherein a graphene paint having excellent heat transmissibility is coated on the outer side of the hot wire; and a second coating layer (30) which is coated since a ceramic paint which has excellent heat transmissibility and performs an insulation function is coated on the outer side of the first coating layer.
