PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF BIOLOGICAL AGENT FOR THE PLANT GROWING

A process for the preparation of biological agent for plant growing involves the cultivation of microorganism-producer and drying of culture broth. A Bacillus subtilis 221 strain deposited in the official collection of the State Research and Control Institute for Biotechnology and Strains of Microorganisms under the No. 3393 is used as a microorganism-producer. The cultivation is carried out with airing at the temperature of 30+- 2 DEGREE C and permanent stirring for 36-48 hours in a sterile nutrient medium, initial pH is 6.8-7.2. The culture broth prepared with the titer of viable cells not less than 1x1010 CUO/cm3 by addition of 10-30 % of Enposam preparation is the liquid commodity form of the agent. The dry commodity form is prepared bydrying of culture broth with the stabilizers and activators on a spray dryer.
