The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation of a mini-tablet form, comprising: a mini-tablet core containing at least one fumaric acid ester or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof selected from fumaric acid di (C_1 to C_5) alkyl esters and mono-(C_1 to C_5) alkyl esters of fumaric acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable additive; a separability coating layer formed on the core and separating a hydrophilic polymer; and an enteric coating layer formed on the separability coating layer and containing an enteric base material, and to a producing method thereof.
