The present invention relates to a coffee extraction device extracting coffee by low-temperature extraction in a sealed space in a heat insulation frame. In being connected to a water supply pipe and supplying supplied water to a water purification filter unit by maintaining a constant water pressure, a first water pressure adjustment unit blocking the water supply in a case where the pressure of the water supplied from the water supply pipe is at least a set pressure, a second water pressure adjustment unit further reducing the pressure of the water passing through the water purification filter unit, a ground coffee storage unit transferring an extracted crude coffee liquid to a lower portion while being supplied with water sprayed from the second water pressure adjustment unit from an upper portion, a spiral transparent pipe transferring the crude coffee liquid extracted from the ground coffee storage unit to a crude coffee liquid storage unit, a compressor, and a heat radiation plate are disposed outside the heat insulation frame and an evaporation unit reducing the ambient temperature is disposed in the heat insulation frame. The evaporation unit includes a cooling unit placed in contact with the first and second water pressure adjustment units and the water purification filter unit and cooling the inner portion of the heat insulation frame on the basis of a temperature detected by a temperature sensor detecting the temperature of the water of the second water pressure adjustment unit, a UV lamp placed to be adjacent to the crude coffee liquid storage unit, and a reflective plate surrounding outer edges of the spiral transparent pipe and the crude coffee liquid storage unit in an oblong shape and reflecting the ultraviolet rays released from the UV lamp to the spiral transparent pipe and the crude coffee liquid storage unit. |
