摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing blended yarn with an excellent perspiration-absorbent and quick-drying property and melange effect. The method of manufacturing the blended yarn includes the steps of: (i) partitioning an inner space into a first area (A) positioned at an inner part of a conjugated spinning spinneret and a second area (B) positioned relatively at an outer part of the conjugated spinning spinneret by two separation walls (3, 4) arranged in a concentric circle shape; (ii) forming discharge holes (1) of modified cross-section or circular cross-section at the first area (A); and (iii) manufacturing, by using the conjugated spinning spinneret having discharge holes (2) of modified cross-section at the second area (B), blended yarn by spinning polyester polymer through the discharge holes (2) formed in the second area (B) while conjugated spinning polyamide polymer or positive ion dyeable polyester polymer through the discharge holes (1) formed in the first area (A). According to the present invention, a conventional air interlacing process for two three-denier yarn which are different in dyeing properties is able to be omitted, so that non-uniformity in blending yarn or non-uniformity in quality due to the air interlacing process is fundamentally prevented, a manufacturing process is simplified, and manufacturing costs are reduced. The blended yarn manufactured according to the present invention presents melange effect, in other words, beautiful visual effect of a melange tone and dry tactile sensation through the modified cross-section, and is excellent in the perspiration-absorbent and quick-drying property due to a capillary phenomenon, thereby useful as yarn for light weighted thin fabric.
