The present invention relates to an apparatus to inject an electrolyte for a secondary battery comprising: an electrolyte supply unit to inject an electrolyte to a secondary battery cell; a solvent retrieval unit connected to the secondary battery to retrieve an organic solvent included in the electrolyte supplied to the secondary battery; and a vacuum application unit to apply vacuum pressure to the secondary battery to reduce a boiling point of the organic solvent. As such, an apparatus to inject an electrolyte according to an embodiment of the present invention is capable of improving impregnation properties by injecting the electrolyte with a high liquidity by decreasing the concentration and increasing the electrolyte concentration inside the secondary battery afterward.
