Disclosed are a financial service providing method via mobile on-line real name verification and a system thereof. The financial service providing method via mobile on-line real name verification according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: an applicant applying for opening a bank account via mobile on-line real name verification, electronic signature registration, and video call from an applicant terminal; a financial service server approving the issue of a bank account; a deliverer terminal displaying by receiving, from the financial service server, an applicant image obtained from the mobile on-line real name verification or the video call; the applicant terminal and the deliverer terminal receive and compare random numbers received from the financial service server and determine sameness, and then receive a reception check signature for an access medium and compare the signature with the electronic signature if sameness is determined; and allowing the issued bank account to be used if the reception check signature is verified. Thereby, the financial service providing method via mobile on-line real name verification according to the present invention can increase consumer satisfaction. |
