The present invention relates to a processing method of pines, which consecutively extracts essential oils and polyphenol fractions from pines, wherein the processing method can reduce time and energy. The processing method of pines, which consecutively extracts essential oils and polyphenol fractions from pines, comprises the steps of: producing essential oils by steam-distilling pines; and obtaining polyphenol by hot water extracting substances left after removing the obtained distillation.
