End gasket of centrifugal pump of high-temperature systems of combustion engine cooling consists of rings on basis of metal and graphite, to increase its reliability and durability it has metal ring that is made of aluminum alloy AK4-1 on surface of which layer of crystalline aluminum oxide is formed, with depth 120-150 mkm, by method of micro-arc oxidation. Hardness of working surface of metal ring exceeds 1.5-2 times basic hardness of ring on basis of steel alloy.
