<p>The device converts an input voltage (U1) into an output voltage (U2) and provides a current for charging an output capacitor (4). It has an input filter (5) connected between the input connections (2,3) and an input capacitor (6) and an adjuster (15,16) that sets a current demand signal depending on the filtered input voltage so that oscillations of the input filter and the current are in anti-phase.
