A wind-power plant has gradually narrowing pipe as truncated cone (concentrator of wind energy), windmill, with electric generator and inverter kinematically connected to it, n concentrators of wind energy as bend cone-shaped pipes, those with wide openings go to surface of round building with vertical pipe on roof, and with narrow openings those bended pipes are directed to the side of blades of windmill.
