The present invention is a sealing System, called Q OBTUROIL (CBJ) which purpose is to reduce high costs and risks to personnel and installations, mainly in the drilling industry, which occur during a loss of control fluid to the subsoil. The system Q OBTUROIL (CBJ ) of present invention is formed by a synthetic/oil-based control fluid added with the N-Clay or a mixture selected from natural clays, chemically activated by reverse osmosis to maximize its physicochemical properties, which along with natural and synthetic fibres, minerals, particulate bridging agents and sealant liquids (see concentrations of the materials in Table 2), form an impermeable membrane of high strength, which allows zones with loss of control fluid to be sealed in the subsoil, which are exposed to high temperatures and pressures found in oil or geothermal wells. |
