PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent page layout from being completed while an unprocessed image is arranged by mistake. SOLUTION: This production system for newspaper page space which manages a plurality of at least elements composed of articles, images, and photographs to be printed in respective pages of a newspaper, reads out and arranges the managed elements in the pages, and processes and updates the arranged images is equipped with an image registration part 11 which recognizes whether the image arranged in the pages are unprocessed or already processed, a page space data file storage part 7 which stores processing states recognized by the image registration part 11, an output server 8 which displays page space data, and an output editing part 12 which gives non-processing discrimination information making it possible to discriminate an image as an unprocessed one in the page where the image is arranged when the processing state of the image stored in the page space data file storage part 7 indicates an unprocessed state. The output server 8 displays page space data given to the non- processing discrimination information by the output editing part 12. |
