<p>The trolley has an insulating food casing delimiting hot and cold compartments accessible via a door (6) and provided with support units for maintaining meal trays in superimposed position. A connector (11) is temporarily connected to a steam generator (13) transported with respect to the trolley and generating disinfection/cleaning steam. The connector permits to supply a steam distribution pipe for distributing the steam inside an air circulation sheath which is arranged inside the casing. An independent claim is also included for an installation for ensuring cleaning and disinfection of an isothermal trolley which distributes meal trays.</p> |
