The transmission chain (1) includes: a plurality of sets, in which first (A), second (B), and third (C) link rows are combined into one unit, each of the link rows (A,B,C) having a plurality of links (11,12,13) arranged in a chain width direction. In one of the link rows, two links which are adjacent to each other in the chain width direction of the one of the link row interpose therebetween two links and belonging to other two link rows, respectively. As well in the other link rows, two links adjacent to each other interpose therebetween two links belonging to other two link rows, respectively.
