The present invention relates to a coating liquid for forming a semiconductor, including a complex that includes a group 15 metal element of the periodic table and sulfur and/or selenium, the coating liquid having a molar ratio of the group 15 metal element of the periodic table to the sulfur and/or selenium of 1:2 to 1:10.
