The present invention provides a photo-electronic element. The photo-electronic element comprises a substrate, the polymer molecular film and a protection layer. The polymer molecular film is formed via a deformation process on a substrate. Particularly, the polymer molecular film includes a plurality of conjugated polymers, therein at least one of the conjugated polymers has a stretched molecular structure. As a result, the photo-electronic element having said polymer molecular film performs with good lighting or power generating efficiency. |
