A medical hand piece capable of being replaced by a drill and having functions of spraying and suctioning a liquid according to the present invention comprises: a hand piece body having an accommodation space formed therein; a spraying unit including a spraying pipe in a length direction, a spraying path connected with the spraying pipe and provided with a liquid from the outside to supply the liquid to the spraying pipe, and a spraying nozzle coupled with one end of the spraying pipe and spraying the liquid provided from the spraying pipe onto an operation object; a pump unit for transferring air pressure to the spraying unit so as to increase a spraying speed of the liquid sprayed by the spraying unit; a driving unit for transferring electrical power to the pump unit by converting rotary movement into reciprocal movement, and including a driving motor, a connection rod connected with the driving motor, an interlocking cylinder, and a bevel gear unit connected with the interlocking cylinder; a drill unit including a chocking unit selectively coupled with the connection rod while the hand piece body, the spraying unit, the pump unit, the bevel gear unit, and the interlocking cylinder are separated from the connection rod is separated, and a drill bit connected with the chocking unit; a suctioning unit for suctioning a liquid and foreign materials of an operation object; and a trigger disposed in the hand piece body, and selectively driving any one among the spraying unit, the suctioning unit, and the drill unit. |
