FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for beverage preparation from solvent and ingredients. Device comprises a container for content of solvent, infuser containing ingredients and pump system for transfer of solvent from container to infuser. Infuser is located so that to receive the first position the solvent circulation, transferring to infuser by means of pump system, inside infuser containing ingredients, and providing the possibility of further transfer of solvent circulating inside infuser back into the container, and the second position providing circulation of solvent transferred to infuser by means of pump system, outside of infuser containing ingredients, and providing the possibility of further transfer of solvent circulating outside of infuser to the reservoir outside.EFFECT: device enables preparation of beverage from the solvent and ingredients by way of brewing ingredients in a solvent and further prepared beverage dispensing without performing any complex manual actions on the device used for beverage preparation.14 cl, 16 dwg |
