<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve traveling performance by regulating an opening of a throttle valve of an engine before an icy road is detected by means for estimating the icy road. SOLUTION: In a micro computer 12, an icy road is estimated by signals of an optical sensor 18 and a temperature sensor 19. Namely, when an outside temperature is a first prescribed temperature and less, and a second temperature and less more than the first prescribed temperature, and when a lightness is a prescribed value and less, the icy road is estimated. When the icy road is detected, a throttle opening is corrected. In the concrete, control is carried out so as to reduce engine speed, in a degree in which engine speed through a transmission 16 and rotating speed of an axle are matched with each other at the time of shift-down and an engine brake is not applied. The controlled variable is calculated by a method for selecting the controlled variable memorized by according to car speed, shift stage, engine speed, and the like.</p> |
