<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bar coating equipment, and a bar coating method that which gives uniform coated surface even the traveling speed of the coating object material runs faster. <P>SOLUTION: The spread ratio of W1/W2 is controlled between 0.8 to 4.0, where W2 is spread of coating liquid 50 passing through coating unit 13B at downstream of transfer direction and W1 is spread of coating liquid 50 passing through coating unit 13A at upstream of transfer direction. By this set up, even aluminum web 14 is transported with high speed, uniform coating surface can be obtained by preventing generation of air and coating line to make weld bead smaller at the entrance of coating unit 13B in the downstream of transfer direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
