According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device is disclosed. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate equipped with a plurality of first light emitting units for implementing a first color, and equipped with a plurality of second light emitting units for implementing a second color; a pixel defining film for defining the first light emitting units and the second light emitting units; pixel electrodes patterned in an island shape to be separated from each other to correspond to the first light emitting units, respectively; an intermediate layer including an organic light emitting layer for emitting light of the first color; and a first layered body having a counter electrode positioned on the intermediate layer. The first layered body is patterned to include first light emitting pattern units positioned on the first light emitting units respectively, and first connecting pattern units positioned on the pixel defining film to connect the first light emitting pattern units.
