The present invention provides an electronic book (E-book) for displaying customized information based on an external sound, including: a sound conversion unit for converting a sound inputted through a microphone into sound data; a control unit for identifying a sound type according to an input time of the sound data, and comparing the sound type with a sound type of audio data stored in a storage unit to generate a corresponding execution command; and a display unit for displaying a screen according to the execution command of the control unit to the outside. According to the present invention, a type of a sound generated at an external environment is identified and a specific function is executed according to recognized sound data, so that the corresponding command is executed according to diversity of inputted sounds. |
