The present invention is related to a method for producing and formulating an organic-mineral biofertilizer and products thus obtained, which is characterised in that it comprises the following steps: a) aerobic fermentation of organic vegetable and animal products, and agroindustrial byproducts; b) anaerobic fermentation of organic vegetable and animal products, and agroindustrial byproducts; c) humidification of the product obtained from the organic/inorganic fermentation by earthworm cultivation; d) cooking raw material (animal and/or vegetable) containing high amino acid-content flour; e) dehydrating and drying the products thus obtained; f) grinding and mixing the products obtained in steps (a) and (d) at predetermined amounts; g) adding mineral salts at predetermined amounts; bioorganic materials, such as Rhizobium sp., Micorrizas, Asospirilum sp. y Azotobacter sp, may be added.
