A liquid crystal panel and display device. A photo spacer (PS) (1) of the liquid crystal panel is provided on a first substrate (10), and a blocking structure (4) is provided on a second substrate (20), the blocking structure being configured to stop the PS (1) from moving away from the second substrate (20), to fill an increased number of liquid crystals. The blocking structure (4) acts to maintain a state in which there is no space between the PS (1) and the second substrate (20).
