A frying/baking apparatus where the inclining angle of the baking tray for containing food may be changed, comprising a base 1, a pivoted baking tray unit 2 set on the base and a supporting mechanism between the base and the baking tray unit. The supporting mechanism (3) comprises a rotating-controllable pole (31). There is a curved part on the pole. When the curved part is in a first position, there is a difference in height between the ends of the baking tray. The Liquid produced can drain when baking. However, in a second position, the ends of the baking tray are at equal height, so the liquid can distribute uniformly on the food. |
