A film filter and a plasma display apparatus are provided to improve dual images effect by directly attaching the film filter on a surface of a substrate. A film filter comprises a transparent film(3), an anti-glare layer(1), a hard coating material, a conductive layer(5), and an adhesion unit(6). The anti-glare layer is arranged on a side of the transparent film. The transparent film has a substrate shape of which thickness is 50um to 500um. The hard coating material prevents from scratching by being included in the anti-glare layer or by being coated on the anti-glare layer. The conductive layer is formed on a side or another side of the transparent film. The conductive layer is used to shelter electromagnetic waves and near infrared generated in a plasma display apparatus. The conductive layer has a plurality of stacking layers. The adhesion unit is formed another side of the transparent film to fix the transparent film. |
