Catalytic compositions of acrylic non-aqueous dispersions having a core and oligomeric moieties attached to the core, and catalytic elements bound to the core, and coating compositions made therefrom based on low molecular weight anhydride resin and epoxy resin containing glycidyl methacrylate exhibit and excellent balance of stability and performance characteristics.
