Hydraulic shift system has a double-piston shifter (1) for activation of a double clutch of an automatic gearbox. It comprises coaxial pistons for activation of plate springs arranged within a cylindrical housing. The pistons move relative to each other to move the springs and are in contact over a partial area of their outer surface.
