The module has a concave reflector (2) to transform a spherical wave front from a light source (S) into a wave front restoring to an arc of circle (A) situated in a plane of a plate (4). A lens (3) located in front of the reflector and the source rotates around an axis (Z) orthogonal to the plane and passing through a center (C) of the arc of circle. The plate has an upper reflecting side for folding a beam from the reflector. An independent claim is also included for a headlight of a motor vehicle.
