The box has a hollow body (1) with a lateral wall, a proximal edge and a distal edge (12), and fixation devices (2) to maintain the body in a housing. An anchoring unit (21) of the devices is moved in the housing by tightening a screw (22) until stopping on an internal face of the housing. The wall has an external face with a ramp (101), on which the unit is supported. The ramp projects from the distal edge towards the proximal edge. The tightening of the screw provokes a progression of the unit along the ramp and a separation of the unit with respect to a central axis of the body.
