<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support system that enables the specification of setting conditions for a design product on a webpage and a real time view of the progress from a requester and a company. <P>SOLUTION: A design support server 2 prompts a requester or a correspondent user of a company requested by the requester to enter input in his/her behalf to enter detailed design conditions for a design product on a webpage and save the entered design conditions. A design request thus completed by the design conditions specified by the requester and company correspondent user is sent to the design support server 2. The start of design by the company at the design request is sent to the design support server 2. The company is also prompted, on delivering the design product to the requester, to send the delivery status to the design support server 2.
