<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment data management system and its device for quickly responding to various legal regulations or a request from each customer by managing contained chemical substance by each section which becomes the minimum unit configuring a product. <P>SOLUTION: This environment data management system is provided with a reference data designating means for designating the reference data of predetermined substance relating to an environment, a substance contained data storage means for storing the contained data of the predetermined substance of each site forming components configuring the product and a configuring site data registeration means for comparing the contained data of sites forming components configuring a product stored in the substance content data storage means with reference data designated by the reference data designating means, and registering the site data satisfying the reference data based on the decision result showing whether or not the reference data are satisfied by the containing data.
