<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source adaptor preventing deposition of dust on a dichroic mirror synthesizing visible light and excitation light. <P>SOLUTION: The light source adaptor 300 comprises an adaptor body 310 and a movable stage 320 slidable along a guide rail 311 provided at the adaptor body. A mirror box 322 supporting the dichroic mirror 206 is formed on the movable stage 320. The mirror box has a first opening that transmits excitation light toward the dichroic mirror 206 and a second opening that transmits light directed in an identical direction by the dichroic mirror 206. The first opening is blocked by a cover plate 325 that transmits light. A brush 211 is arranged on the lower end of a lens box 210 for clearing dust on the cover plate 325 when sliding the movable stage 320. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
