<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type hot water supply bath device for surely preventing the freezing of a bath circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a hot water storage tank 1 for storing hot water heated to a high temperature by a heating means 2, a water supply pipe 7 connected to the lower part of the hot water storage tank 1 and a hot water pipe 8 connected to the upper part thereof, and a bath heat exchanger 17 provided in the hot water storage tank 1 in communication with a bathtub 3 via the bath circuit 16 having a bath circulation pump 18. During freezing preventing operation with bathtub water circulated by the drive of the bath circulation pump 18, when the temperature of bathtub water is detected to be lower than a predetermined temperature, the storage of high temperature hot water in the hot water storage tank 1 with the heating means 2 is started. A lack of heat energy in the hot water storage tank to give heat to the bathtub water is determined from the temperature of the bathtub water and additional boiling is applied by the heating means, therefore accurately preventing freezing through the direct detection of the temperature of the bathtub water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
