PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance connection accuracy of a core and a device in an optical waveguide film. SOLUTION: In the optical waveguide film 100, a lower cladding layer 13a is formed along one surface of a film substrate 11, an alignment mark 14a and a core pattern 12 extended in the direction for guiding light are formed in the lower cladding layer 13a and an upper cladding layer 13b which sandwiches the alignment mark 14a and the core pattern 12 with the lower cladding layer 13a is formed.
