PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify gear shift operation and to improve operability, though the gear shift operation on a road, of a transmission of a working vehicle such as a tractor, is complicated as gear shift is finely determined in multiple stages to cope with various kinds of work. SOLUTION: In the working vehicle comprising a gear shift means for transmitting power to traveling wheels 4, 5 by changing gear of driving force from an engine E, an operating portion 66 capable of switching a working mode and a moving mode is provided so that accelerator gear shift by an operation of an accelerator pedal 18 is enabled in switching to the moving mode, and an operation by shift change levers 15, 16 is enabled in switching to the working mode.
