PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct approximately uniform transfer forming to a workpiece in press-forming even in the case wherein the workpiece has a variation of board thickness and flatness. SOLUTION: An approximately rectangular parallelepiped elastic article 21 is attached to a portion from a central part to a circumferential edge part of an undersurface (bottom surface) of an upper die set 19. The elastic article 21 absorbs a tilt of the workpiece 35 during pressing the workpiece 35 by cooperation of an upper frame body 300 with a lower frame body 100, and thus, the elastic article 21 is composed of an elastic material such as urethane rubber, nitrile rubber, silicone rubber or fluororubber.
