PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging device having high heat exchanging capability and high reliability without the need for complicating construction. SOLUTION: The heat exchanging device comprises a thermoelectric module 6 having a pair of supporting bases 1a, 1b arranged opposing each other and a plurality of thermoelectric elements 3a, 3b arranged between the opposed inner faces of the supporting bases and electrically connecting the adjacent thermoelectric elements to each other via electrodes 2, and a corrugated fin 7 arranged on the outer face side of at least supporting base 1a. The corrugated fin 7 has a plurality of joint regions 7a joined to the outer face side of the supporting base 1a and a heat exchange region 7b joining the two adjacent joint regions 7a, 7b to each other and having a protruded shape on the opposite side to the thermoelectric module 6.
