PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement of fuel consumption and effective moisture removal of an aggregate. SOLUTION: In a closed negative-pressure recovery tank for recovering water in the separated state wherein the moisture is in the lower and the air is in the upper, an intake air blower is connected to an air space in the tank in order to impart the negative pressure into the recovery tank, an end of an intake pipe is connected to the air space in order to use the negative pressure in the recovery tank, and an intake port on the other end of the intake pipe is arranged in the inside of the lower part of the aggregate in the stacked state, and the moisture of the aggregate is sucked into the recovery tank together with the air through the intake pipe. Warm air delivered by the intake air blower upon operation is sucked into the aggregate through a blowing pipe, and a port for delivering the blown warm air to the outside is provided in a position suitably separated from the warm air blowing position through the aggregate.
