PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sealing performance for a long period even when a lip is abraded by excess interference. SOLUTION: In this sealing device of a rolling bearing wherein a peripheral step portion is formed on a shoulder portion of an inner ring of the rolling bearing, and a part of inner peripheral seal lips radially extending from an inner peripheral portion of a seal collar body fixed to an outer ring along a side face of the peripheral step portion is kept into contact with the side face of the peripheral step portion, the inner peripheral seal lip 12 of the seal collar body 11 is formed by a plurality of inner lips 13, 14 extending in the direction of the side face 7 of the peripheral step portion 6, connecting portions respectively between the inner peripheral portion of the seal collar body and the inner lip, and between the inner lips are formed in a state of extending obliquely outward in the axial direction, each of connecting portions can be successively axially deflected in a state that only the tip inner lip among the inner lips is constantly kept into contact with the side face of the peripheral step portion, and the other inner lips are brought into contact with the side face of the peripheral step portion only after the tip inner lip is abraded by prescribed quantity.
