PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper having a weight, a resilient piece of rubber, and an outer ring, capable of forming easily a cavity not filled with rubber in the outer ring. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper 110 comprises the weight 120, the resilient piece of rubber 130 attached fast to the outer periphery of the weight 120, and the outer ring 140 fitted on the outer periphery of the resilient piece 130, wherein the resilient piece 130 is furnished with an inside circumferential layer 131 to be fitted on the outer periphery of the weight 120 and mounting parts 132A and 132B to the outer ring 140 located at least at both the ends along the axial direction of the weight 120 and protruding outward in the radial direction from several places through spacing parts 133A and 133B in the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the inside circumferential layer 131.
